Industry Forecasting Model
A client's industry model had a run time of 8 hours and they required it to calculate faster. An alternative software solution was proposed, with significant additional benefits. Upon rebuilding the model, the following benefits were achieved:

A government client's pilot economic model to calculate and optimise a test group of their workforce's (past and present) pension plans had a run time of 2 hours. They required a significantly shorter run time and the ability to roll out the solution to their entire workforce. Cost Reduction Through Automation
Using Robotic Process Automation tools, repetitive business processes not requiring complex decision-making have been automated for several clients in a range of industries (banking, insurance, hospitality, manufacturing and industrial).
These processes, which usually required several hundred man-hours a month, were configured to run autonomously (barring unpredictable exceptions), providing a significant Return on Investment. Implementing RPA solutions saved the clients time and money, reducing the impact of human-error, and freed up employees to carry out more complex and value-adding tasks.
OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS
Refinery Performance Improvement
A client required an updated KPI report for one of their operations (a refinery). A detailed analysis of the throughput data provided the insights needed to design the KPI report. This ultimately helped the client manage and improve the production of the refinery.
The analysis also helped identify several 'quick win' solutions to improve performance, and resulted in an immediate 20% improvement in the refinery's throughput through effective bottleneck management.
