A seed sailing navigation startup needed help optimizing their seasonal marketing strategy and forecasting their app costs. We built a granular financial model and operational dashboards, identifying the breakeven point, optimizing marketing budgets, and creating a roadmap to profitability. By enabling simple scenario analysis and decision-making, we improved cash flow and fundraising planning. We also built a tool to optimize marketing spend and refined forecasting and budgeting.

A fintech startup wanted to launch their own credit card, and wanted to model the behavior of their potential clients to better understand the viability, pricing strategy and break-even point of launching such a business.
Benhamou Consulting designed and built a tool to analyze individuals’ spending behavior based on industry trends and probability distributions to forecast how that behavior would impact revenues from credit cards. The client was able to analyze and flex their target clients, product strategy and pricing strategy through the tool, and carry out sensitivity and scenario analyses.
A marketplace healthcare startup preparing for their seed round was looking for a more granular business model to help with their fundraising efforts, as well to leverage Causal’s modeling scalability to rebuild their operational model in a more rational manner (allowing for growth into new markets and products). Benhamou Consulting audited and built this model for them, and collaborated with the client to develop 2 additional revenue streams for their business, helping them to easily secure and exceed their funding target.
18 months later, the client was planning their Series A raise, and worked with us to update and expand the business model, and develop the additional revenue streams into granular forecasts with strategic goals and actual data, leading to another successful round which exceeded their initial expectations.
